There are 3 kinds of lube…

Water-based Lube

Water-based lubes are smooth and slick, but not sticky and messy like silicone and oil-based lubes can be.

Since they are water-soluble, they make for easy clean up, but it also means you may need to reapply it more often during sex...and no one wants to be interrupted!

Silicone-based Lube

Silicone-based lubes are greasier and much thicker than water-based lubes. They also take longer to dry out which means no need to reapply it. Not to mention, us porn stars swear by it!

I find that thick, gel-like lubes work the best because they are latex-safe and are absorbed into the body’s tissue, making them idea for anal play.

Oil-based Lube

Oil-based lubes suck. They break down the latex of your condom and aren’t very good for vagina health. They are slimy, messy and to top that off…they can leave an oily coating on the rectum or vagina and cause bacterial infections.

Oil-based lubes are made for one thing and that’s male masturbation.

Now I do want to mention one more form of lubrication because it’s my personal favorite and I’m kind of obsessed with it!

Coconut Oil. Yes, yes, I know it’s used for cooking, but it also works as an amazing sexual lubricant in the bedroom! The oil is solid at room temperature, but once you rub it in your hands for a few seconds it immediately melts into a smooth, thick substance.

Coconut oil is a natural lube that not only smells good, but also it tastes good too…making it my absolute favorite lubricant ever.

#4 - The Foreplay

Now you’re probably very, very horny and incredibly restless to turn the heat up and put your dick in her sexy little ass, especially after the bubble bath and all that lube talk…

But don’t go straight for her ass. You’ve got to learn to walk before you run! The anus will tighten if she is nervous and unprepared which will only make it harder for you to get it in and more painful for her.

Slow and steady wins the race gentlemen. No, seriously…don’t start ramming her rear end like a jackrabbit! You have to ease yourself into it slowly and (say it with me) steadily.
